RISD COUNSELING SERVICES
Dear Parents and Guardians of our Royal ISD students,
As we are continuing to deal with the outbreak of COVID-19, we as school counselors want to encourage you to limit your children’s exposure to the media and remain calm about this issue with your children in order to help them address their fears.
Below are coping resources as well as tools to help you and your student understand COVID-19 and discuss it together.
If your family has had a tough time over this break with changes or stresses, please be sure to check in with your child’s school counselor(s). We are always available by email, and we are here to help. We hope these resources are helpful. Details will be available

RISD COUNSELING SERVICES (VIA ZOOM)
Royal ISD counselors from all campuses will be offering counseling services to our students via zoom beginning Tuesday, March 31, 2020. If a student would like to receive counseling, they should email the counselor that they would like to counsel with (see below for email addresses). A meeting invitation will then be sent to the student with the date and time of the meeting. Also, if parents would like to meet with a Counselor, they would follow the same procedures as the student. We look forward to serving our students, staff, and community.
