Good morning, Falcons. This morning, the Royal STEM building experienced smoke in the mechanical room due to a belt slipping on a chiller motor. This caused the smell to be distributed throughout the building in the air handlers. The issue has been resolved and the campus will follow its normal schedule. The Royal maintenance team has large fans on site to keep the smell to a minimum. As always, the safety of our students and staff is our top priority. Have a wonderful day.
