Royal Elementary kicked off Black History Month by having a Second Line Themed Mardi Gras Parade on February 9th.



REWIND: For the 4th year in a row, RHS Band came and graced our hallways with Second Line music as students with decorated umbrellas danced behind them in traditional "SECOND LINE" style.......... 2.9.26

After reading The Legend of the Poinsettia by Tomie dePaola, our second graders created their own Mexican poinsettias in Art using warm-colored tempera paint and sponges to stamp the leaves ๐จ๐บ
