Mr Hernandez works very patiently with all our students, especially with our students with special needs. He uses his firm and calming voice to redirect student behavior when needed. He is very helpful, responsible and is always active in our classroom trying to meet the needs of our students. He never takes no for an answer, he cares about our children and always shows a positive attitude. His help is very significant and important in the classroom.
