My name is Maria Galvan and the 2019-2020 school year is my fourth year with Royal ISD. I was born in Tamaulipas, Mexico and moved to Texas when I was nine. I graduated high school in Waller, Texas and attended Prairie View A&M University. I am married and have a wonderful daughter that also attends Royal ISD. Teaching is my passion, especially math! I love being part of all my students’ education journey. I enjoy spending time with my family, thrift shopping, and crawfish season!
