Hi my name is Claudette Gordon.  I am a Inclusion aide for Special Education. My years being a aide have been challenging for the most part but rewarding. I started off in the cafeteria as a cook then advanced to a manager for a school. At this time my sister worked as the ISS aide. I let her know that I was interested in becoming an aide so my sister relayed this information to the principal (Ms Lewis).  After about two weeks, I left Royal and became a manager at Target in the food court, still waiting for the school to call me. After they called me,  I turned in my resignation at Target and began my journey in education. I have worked in special education, adapted behavior and done many other .It has not been easy but it has not been hard. I would not trade it for anything. I am married, with 4 kids and 5 grandchildren.
