RHS award winning cosmetology department will have their 3rd Annual Halloween Hair Show Competition Oct. 9, 2019. This event is well attended and enjoyed by students and the community. Students will display their cosmetology skills in various categories. Professional judges will be on site to award the winners. The show will be held at RHS PAC center. Tickets can be procured at the door ages 6 and up $3.00.
