Following the Executive Order issued by Texas Governor Greg Abbott today on April 17, 2020, Royal ISD schools will continue to operate remotely for the remainder of the 2019-2020 school year. Distance instruction will continue through the end of the school year according to the adopted RISD school calendar. We will complete the school year providing instruction to students weekly through online materials.
RISD is committed to staying connected with our families, and our dedicated educators are going to assist in any way needed. Parents, we value your partnership as we help your children be successful and continue learning. Please visit the RISD website for remote learning resources and information to assist you during this time. Virtual face-to-face instructional opportunities with teachers are available for students and parents through Google Classroom. Please reach out to your teachers to schedule a time.
