REMINDER: Royal ISD will be closed from November 20 - November 27 for the Thanksgiving holiday. School will resume on Tuesday, November 28.
Last week was busy! The football team rounded out a great season on Friday night in Deer Park. Three lucky Falcon employees won the honor of kissing a pig through the STEM Academy PTO fundraiser. The leadership team visited the Royal ECC for round two of their “Teaching & Learning Walks”. The events allow them to see what’s happening at each campus, talk to students, and discuss strengths and opportunities. Mrs. Chaffin’s surgery went well, and both transplant recipients are doing well! The Royal MJROTC celebrated the 248th birthday of the US Marine Corps. RJH and RHS hosted their 2023 Thanksgiving lunches (click here for the dates) and the Royal Marching Sound Machine hosted a clinic and concert for the ATSSB Region 23/37 band. Congratulations to the District FFA Leadership Development Event Winners, and best of luck when they compete at the November 18 Area XI Competition.
