The Royal High School NHS has participated. in three of our four school year trash pickups. The students have braved mosquitos and cold weather to clean up around our Falcon campuses. Thank you for supporting our NHS students as they serve our community.

Today’s potential bus route delay is bus 64. Don’t forget to thank your child’s bus driver today in honor of School Transportation Week! For many Falcons, their bus driver is the first person they see from Royal, and they play an important role in our students’ days.
Reminder! The 2023 Spring College and Career Day will be on Thursday, March 2, 2023 at Royal High School. The event will provide RHS Falcons with an opportunity to hear from and talk to professionals in a variety of fields and to meet with college representatives.

Due to the driver shortage, bus 64 may be delayed today. This week is School Transportation Appreciation Week and Wednesday, February 22 is Bus Driver Appreciation Day. We are so grateful for the hard work and dedication of our school bus drivers!
Tuesday-practice 3 pm to 5 pm;
Wednesday-Home Run Derby and Alumni Game starting at 4 pm at Royal;
Thursday- practice 3 pm to 5 pm;
Friday-JV game at 4:30, varsity game at 6 pm at Royal;
Saturday-JV game at 1 pm at Royal

Today, EMS was called to one of the parade routes in Galveston, in response to a band member's medical emergency. The student's family has been contacted. Thank you to our Royal ISD Police Department & The Royal Marching Sound Machine Health & Wellness Team for their support.

Royal's annual Home Run Derby and Alumni Softball Game is scheduled for Wednesday, February 22nd (weather permitting). The derby starts at 4 pm and trophies will be awarded! $10 for 10 balls. See flyer for details!
