Does your Falcon student have a good attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to earn an Associate’s Degree while he or she earns their high school diploma? Royal Early College High School (ECHS) is holding an important informational meeting on Wednesday, April 19 at 6pm at the Royal High School Library. If you are interested in learning more about the ECHS program, please plan to attend this session.
We pay. You work. Royal ECHS is an innovative program that allows students an opportunity to earn a high school diploma, 60 college credit hours, and an Associate’s degree, all at no charge to their family. Royal ECHS is designed to:
Provide dual credit at no cost to students
Offer rigorous instruction and accelerated courses
Provide academic & social support services
Increase college readiness
The regular Early College High School Application window (April 1 to May 4) is now open for all students who were not able to apply during the Early Application timeframe! ECHS applications for incoming 9th grade students can be found at the following link and should be submitted to the student's 8th grade counselor for students at Royal Junior High School and Royal STEM Academy. The National Honor Society induction ceremony is tonight for our new members. We will be inducting thirty-one new members at 6:00 PM in the PAC. Our guest speaker will be Jenny Pierce, RHS class of 2019 and A&M class of 2022. Congratulations to our inductees!
Attention Falcon Athletes! Please submit all Athletic Physical Information Forms by April 25, 2023. Royal ISD will offer physicals for $20 on 4/25/2023 from 2:30pm - 6:00pm in the RHS Auxiliary Gym. Please utilize the attached QR codes to complete the required forms. Important note: The medical history should be completed and signed by a parent/guardian prior to the physical. Thank you!

The Falcon Flare color guard tryout clinic is from 4-6pm on each weekday between April 11 and April 20 in the RHS Choir Room. Auditions will be on April 21, 4-6pm in the band hall.
