Sending a huge thank you to the super hero Royal ISD maintenance team! They completed the following projects over the summer to get our facilities ready for the return of our Falcon learners.
Royal High School
- Replaced Actuators HVAC System Library.
- Kitchen equipment cleaned and repaired, wells for the serving
- line are on order.
- Football field storage building repairs and new roof.
- Football stadium bulbs replaced.
- New fence around the stadium.
- Parking Lot lights replaced with LEDs.
- Sanded and Painted All Exterior Campus Doors.
- CTE Building Bulbs replaced.
- Termite treatment in CTE area.
- Exhaust fans replaced for air quality.
- The Circulator Pump replaced 2nd floor water.
- 260 LED Light fixtures have been retrofitted throughout RHS.
Royal Junior High
- Boys restrooms were painted.
- Classrooms painted.
- PA system in process of being repaired.
- Roof repairs.
- Grounds cleaned around RJH.
- Parking Lot lights will be replaced with LED on 8/12.
- Door locks and handles replaced.
- New fence around chillers.
- Tree trimming and removal.
- Kitchen equipment repaired.
- Evaporator coil in the kitchen was replaced on the kitchen
- cooler.
- Several HVAC rooftop units repaired
Royal Stem
- Stem kitchen cleaned, painted, floors were sanded and waxed.
- Stem windows/ skylight repairs for leaks and painted
- Stem walls painted in a few areas.
- Stem windows resealed.
- Stem new water faucets in bathrooms.
- Stem kitchen coolers got repaired.
- New Roof
- Tree trimming, removal
Royal Elementary
- Elementary Hallways Painted
- Elementary Cafeteria Columns Painted
- Elementary Art room 703-701 Cleaned and screen replaced for
- ventilation.
- RES Light bulbs replaced(all).
- RES ceiling tiles replaced.
- RES boiler replacement.
- Kitchen gas lines replaced.
- New Plexiglas for marquee.
ECC
- ECC ceiling tiles replaced.
- ECC door repair and hinges replaced, some pending.
- Parking Lot lights Back of ECC and Runway (trans Drive) replaced
- and upgraded to LED.
- Termite treatment.
- Kitchen freezer repairs.
Field House
- Field House Roof Leaks repaired.
- Field House Painted.
- Field House replaced all-new cabinets.
- Varsity lockers were painted.
- Remove the light pool from the tennis court.
- Boiler pending replacement due to freeze damage.
District
- Pressure washed district.
- A/C and water pipes have been insulated.
- Maintenance office repaired, a/c, floors, water leaks.
- Admin board room floors replaced.
- Retention Pond cleaned and pump repaired.
- New fence Water Tank.
- Ice machine was replaced and cleaned.
- Elevator Maintenance.
- Fire Maintenance.
- Fertilized ball fields.
- Gym floor recoated in RJH, RHS, STEM
