Royal High School is excited to invite students to be part of the Falcon Cheer program as tryouts for the upcoming season approach.
Cheerleaders play an important role in building school spirit, supporting athletic programs, and representing Royal High School both on and off the field. Students interested in becoming Falcon Spirit Leaders will have the opportunity to showcase their skills, grow their confidence, and contribute to the energy and pride that define the Royal community.
Tryouts will take place April 7–10, with several important dates leading up to the selection process.
Important Dates to Know
March 31: Mandatory Parent Interest Meeting at 6:00 PM in the RHS Gym
April 1: Application packet due by 3:00 PM
April 7–9: Tryout Clinic from 3:00–5:00 PM in the RHS Gym
April 10: Official Tryout beginning at 3:00 PM in the RHS Gym
Students can pick up and submit applications in one of several convenient locations, including RHS coaches’ classrooms, the STEM Academy front office, or the Royal Junior High front office.
The Falcon Cheer program offers students the chance to develop teamwork, leadership, and performance skills while being part of a group that energizes the school community at games and events throughout the year.
