RHS Marine Corp JROTC celebrates the Marine Corp Birthday today. Sunday November 10th is the actual day. The cake cutting ceremony was a first class event.  The students did an amazing job. 1sgt Bland is the new tenured and award winning MCJROTC instructor here at Royal.
