A huge congratulations goes out to new Royal coaches Cierra Palmer (RJH: assistant volleyball, girls' basketball, girls' track, RHS assistant softball) and Shelby Williams (RHS: head coach girls' and boys' powerlifting and assistant softball) for being selected to be part of the 2023 R.O.C.K. Mentoring Program sponsored by the Texas High School Coaches Association. The program’s namesake was founded on the words RARE, OUTSTANDING, COMPELLED, and KNOWLEDGEABLE. Only the most outstanding new coaches are selected in order to build a base for the association and the coaching profession. Upon completion of the R.O.C.K. program, Coaches Palmer and Williams will be great ambassadors and advocates in the coaching profession. We are Royal proud of these two coaches!
