Updated School Hours for 2022-2023
Royal ISD is excited to announce new school hours for the 2022-2023 school year. The changes are being made in response to district growth, staffing shortages, and safety needs.
***Please note that all times listed below are for Monday through Friday. Students will no longer have an early dismissal time on Fridays.***
Royal Elementary, Royal Early childhood center, Royal stem academy grades 2-5 (All students in grade PK – 5 at all campuses)
Monday – Friday, 7:30am - 3:10pm (morning dropoff begins at 7:15am)
Royal junior high, Royal high school, Royal stem academy grades 6-8 (All students in grade 6 – 12 at all campuses)
Monday – Friday, 8:00am - 3:40pm (morning dropoff begins at 7:35am)
2022 Summer Meal Program
- Dates: June 1 – June 30, Monday through Thursday (closed on Fridays)
- Breakfast Times: 8:30AM – 9:00AM
- Lunch Times: 11:30am-12:00pm
- Who Qualifies: All children ages 18 and under
- Cost: FREE
- Locations: Royal Elementary School and Royal High School
- NOTE: There will be no curbside. Meal recipients will need to come into the cafeteria to get their meal. Meals may be eaten in the cafeteria or taken home.
