Take some time today to think about the great things that happened in your life over the past week. This is also a GREAT conversation starter for your family. When you have dinner, ask each family member to share a good thing that happened to them that day. Lots of great things happened at Royal. The Royal SkillsUSA team placed 7th in the state at their recent state competition in Corpus Christi! Royal fifth grader Presley Jacob is a triple crown winner. Presley won the title of Champion Red Brangus at the big three Texas livestock shows (San Antonio, Houston, and Austin). Several Lady Falcon soccer plays were chosen for All-District teams and awards. Make sure you visit the district website or our social media to view upcoming events and to see what our Falcon learners are accomplishing!
Royal ISD is hosting a come and go event for the community on April 27 from 9AM – 11AM at the Royal High School Library. Watch your mail and your student’s folder for an invitation. Thank you to The Bookworm Bus for sponsoring the event. Attendees will have an opportunity to speak with district leaders about special education, advanced academics, social-emotional learning, and community academic support! Snacks will be served, and the first 100 attendees will receive a gift! See you on the 27th!
After a hiatus, the Royal Education Foundation is excited to announce the return of their annual Denim and Diamonds Fundraiser on April 29, 2022. CLICK HERE to purchase tickets or become an event sponsor. The event will take place from 6PM - 10PM at Hemi Hideout.
At the end of your family meals or when your children head off to school, have someone share a “Launch”.
