We are proud to announce that senior Erica Grant will sign her commitment this week, and that senior Tatiana Kay has been awarded a sports medicine scholarship to Blinn College. Our SkillsUSA students competed at the state level over the weekend. Our Lady Falcon track team competed at the Texas Relays. These are only a few of the great things that happened over the past week. Watch our website and social media for an announcement about contest results for all these events. Our students continue to shine brightly!

- The voter registration deadline for the May 6 election is Thursday, April 6. Visit www.votetexas.gov to see if you are registered to vote. If you aren’t registered, doing so is easy! See votetexas.gov for details.

- Did you know that every family in Royal ISD is eligible for the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP)? This benefit is available to all households with kids at schools participating in the community eligibility provision (CEP). Follow these steps to get started:

- Choose “Qualify under a government assistance program” from the “How would you like to qualify?” dropdown menu.
- Choose “Enrollment at a USDA Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) School” from the “Tell us what government assistance program(s) you or someone in your household participate in:” dropdown menu.
- Click “Apply Now”.
- Enter your information to select a provider for your home.
