RJH girls track practice begins tomorrow. Doors open at 6:15am and close at 6:30am. You must have a physical and all online forms completed to participate. Things to remember: 1. running shoes 2. spikes (if you have them, do not need to go purchase today) 3. dress in layers so you can take off extra sweatshirts and such as you warm up 4. water bottle 5. a POSITIVE attitude!
