Signorelli Co. intends to break ground on the Bluestem development in the second quarter of 2022. Slated to break ground in the second quarter of this year, Bluestem will have 1,300 single-family homes. Jeff Dewese, senior vice president of land for The Signorelli Co., stated, “Waller County is rapidly growing, quickly becoming a major destination to live, work, and play for families of all sizes.”
“Royal ISD is thrilled about the growth The Signorelli Co. will be bringing to the area with Bluestem,” RISD Superintendent Rick Kershner said. “We look forward to providing excellent educational opportunities and support to the future students of this community.”
