The countdown to a new school year is on! Royal ISD is excited to welcome students and families back for the first day of school on Thursday, August 13, 2026.

Now is the perfect time to start preparing for a successful school year. Families can get a head start by reviewing the school supply lists and checking off those back-to-school shopping lists before the first bell rings.
