Last week, Dr. Pape represented Royal ISD speaking on a Superintendent panel to Board Members and Superintendents from across Region 4 (greater Houston area) at the Gulf Coast Area Association of School Boards November meeting. Dr. Pape, along with 5 other Superintendents, detailed bills that were passed during the 89th legislative session and special session, and the impact to public schools. It was a great evening!
