The 2025–2026 District Leadership Team (DLT) kicked off the year with a strong start at their first monthly meeting. During the meeting, Royal Athletic Director Doug Foster and RECC Principal Katacha Miller were recognized with the Investing in Our Tomorrow award, presented each month to two employees who exemplify the spirit of Royal ISD.
The group is participating in a monthly book study over "Move Your Bus". These monthly gatherings foster collaboration, set the district’s direction, and strengthen processes to support Royal in managing its continued enrollment growth.
