Sealed proposals will be received until 2 p.m., May 2, 2024 at the Royal ISD Administration Building located at 3714 FM 359, Pattison, Texas. Opening of proposals will follow at 2:10 p.m., May 2, 2024 in the Board Room. The board has the right to accept or reject any or all parts of the proposal, and to wave any technicalities.
