Royal Junior High Theater was created in 2016, and has enjoyed award-winning seasons each year since its inception.
- 2016-2017 2nd Place overall (3 honorary All Star cast and 3 All Star Cast) with The Girl in the Mirror
- 2017-2018 2nd Place overall (1 honorary All Star cast, 1 All Star Cast, 1 All Star Tech) with I Never Saw Another Butterfly
- 2018-2019 (1 honorary All Star cast, 1 All Star Crew)
- 2019-2020 2 Competitions 3rd place overall (2 honorary All Star cast, 1 All Star Tech, and Best Actress Overall) with Drop Dead Juliet
- 2nd place overall (1 honorary All Star cast, 2 All Star Cast, 2 All Star Tech, and Best Actor Overall) with Our Place
- Past musical shows have been, "A Twist in Time" (an originally written play by the performers) "The Monster Mash," "A Royal Grinch Christmas," "Footloose," and "Camp Rock."
- The group has competed at the Texas Renaissance Festival three times, winning fourth place for a monologue scene and honorable mention for a group scene.
This year the group will compete in two UIL competitions and will perform in a final show.
