The Royal Technology Team is committed to keeping our students learning and growing, and has established support procedures and hours. If you are in need of technical support for your child’s Chromebook or for a learning portal issue, please email or call our support team:

*Requests will be processed on a first come, first served basis. Email requests sent after hours will be addressed the following day. If you contact us at our support phone number, please leave a voicemail. Our support team will return calls in the order that they are received. Spanish translators will be available. If your device is not functioning properly, our support team will attempt to troubleshoot the issue over phone or email.
