We are proud to announce the opening of a brand-new, state-of-the-art elementary school in the Sunterra housing community in Katy, Texas. Made possible by the support of the Royal ISD Bond 2023, this innovative educational facility is part of Royal ISD’s continued commitment to excellence in education and serving the needs of a growing community.

Set to open in August 2025, our campus will welcome approximately 400 students in grades Pre-K through 5th. The school is designed to foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where every student can thrive.

In addition to a strong general education program, we will offer one-way bilingual instruction to support our diverse student population. Our campus will also house specialized programs including an Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) class and a Life Skills class, ensuring we meet the needs of all learners.

We look forward to becoming a cornerstone of the Sunterra community and are excited to grow alongside the families and students we serve. Together, we will build a future rooted in learning, inclusion, and excellence.
