The safety and security of our students is our first priority. Therefore we are committed to sharing accurate information with you in the most timely manner possible. We ask for your patience and understanding as we make every effort to keep you up to date with the most accurate information regarding the possible threat. The district is currently communicating with and working alongside local law enforcement to ensure the safety of our students. We will continue to share updates as they are made available to us. RISD responds to all possible threats and takes the necessary steps to keep our district safe.
