I’m looking forward to working with the School Board and our Lone Star Governance Coach on Saturday 1/25 to develop our educational goals for the 2020-2021 school year. After the target goals are determined, they will be presented to the District Improvement Committee. Goals will be set for 3rd grade math and reading as well as for College Career and Military Readiness (CCMR). Our goals for 3rd grade make sure our students have the foundation they need to succeed in 4th grade and beyond. CCMR goals are intended to insure that all RISD high school students have access to high-quality pathways to career and college. We are excited to tackle and surpass the new goals with our students in the coming school year. Have a wonderful week!
